By accessing fix my ping ("the Website"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Nature of Service
fix my ping provides browser-based diagnostic tools, troubleshooting guides, testing methods and blank worksheets for gaming connection problems. Published guides identify their testing status; completed product measurement sets are not currently published. We are not owned by any gaming company, VPN provider, or ping booster service.
3. No Gaming Advantage Guarantee
Connection-tool effectiveness varies by location, ISP routing, game service, time, and home-network conditions. We do not guarantee a specific latency change or gaming-performance improvement. Verify current product terms with the provider before making a purchase.
4. Gaming-Specific Disclaimer
fix my ping is not affiliated with any game publisher or developer. All game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Using ping boosters may be subject to each game's Terms of Service — check before use. We are not responsible for any account actions taken by game publishers.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links may be affiliate links, which means fix my ping may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase at no extra cost to you. An affiliate relationship is not test evidence or proof that a product improves a connection. Any future performance result must meet the published methodology and evidence requirements regardless of commercial relationships.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including: subscription costs, gaming performance issues, account actions by game publishers, service outages, or data loss. Use of ping boosters is at your own risk.

Original site content, including diagnostic copy, guides, worksheet designs and testing methodology, is property of fix my ping unless otherwise stated. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
